Shipping Policies

Packages for ready-to-ship goods are sent out 5-7 business days (not including holidays) after purchase (unless noted in the listing).

Made-to-order items will ship 1-3 business days after the product is finished. Please check listing for more approximate dates. The listing will state how long production is before it is able to be shipped out.

International shipping will take 2-3 weeks for ready made goods. International made-to-order items will ship after the product is finished and will take 2-3 weeks. The listing will state how long production will take. Not responsible for duty fees.

Return/Exchanges

Returns accepted within 14 business days of customer receiving item for ready made goods.

 The following items cannot be returned/exchanged to the nature of the items: Made-to-Order items, sale items, face masks, and digital patterns.

Items must be left in original packaging with tags. Upon returned item, we will inspect the item for any damage. It is our discretion whether an item qualifies for a refund (damage assessment).

We will not accept returns without being emailed first about product.
